HERBS & ENERGETICS FOR A CREATIVE PRACTICE

Productivity really puts the pressure on and can really stifle our vibe. Capitalism kills the creative process as it commodifies our energy and puts a price tag and value on our work. If our work doesn’t sell then we start losing confidence. Perfectionism procrastination ensues.
In this class we’ll explore the energetics of creativity with emphasis on the four elements; EARTH WIND FIRE AND WATER. We will discuss the energetics of our own creative process and what holds us back. What are the energetics of the “artists block” or “creative block” and how do we breakthrough and find our creative flow? We will learn energetic tools and herbs/essences for encouraging creative energy to flow while helping us with the anxiety of perfectionism, self doubt, imposter syndrome- all that fun stuff!
This class is for artists, makers, cooks, crafters, singers, dancers, flower arrangers! There is ample creativity in all of us. ~ let it RIP!
