An essence is an energetic imprint of plants, flowers, stones, places, sounds used as therapeutic remedies for emotional & energetic healing.
In this class we will discuss the not-so-subtle energies of flower, stone, and environmental essences for emotional aid, trauma recovery, and support in living in day-to-day late stage capitalism. Learn the basics along with therapeutic application of essences as they relate to collaborative and somatic healing.
Together we will sit with some special essences, learn how to open ourselves up to these conversations, and hopefully inspire continual connections with animate energies around us.
This class is offered at a sliding scale, please register at the value that makes the most sense for where you are in your financial security.
